Do we have a break in theAmerican Horror Storyseason six case?! Premiering in just a few weeks, the theme for the new season of the FX smash hit has still yet to be announced. However,a handful of new teasers have come onlineand photos taken on the set appear to provide some major clues including one word that die hards will remember from the inaugural season: Croatoan. The word refers to the tribe of Native Americans located in North Carolina during the time of the colony of Roanoke; it was the only clue left behind after an entire town seemingly disappeared without a trace. TMZ, which snapped the photos, also reports that they have seen cast members wearing “Pilgrim-era clothing.”Ryan Murphyhad previously teased that this season would combine children and opera, so could that have been a misdirect? Is this scene part of a flashback? We’ll find out on September 14 whenLady Gaga,Sarah Paulson, and the others return to the series.
