Comic Book Shopping is back and this week’s episode puts the spotlight onRiverdale’sTrevor Stines. Comic Book Shopping is hosted by Collider Heroes’Coy Jandreauand gives guests the opportunity to tap into their inner comic book fan by spending some time browsing the racks at local comic book shops in Los Angeles. Past guests have includedDavid Harbour,Michael Rooker,Michael Giacchino,Frank Miller,Zachary Levi, and so many more industry heavyweights.
You might recognize Stines fromRiverdalewhere he played Jason Blossom. Taking a cue from that show, here on Comic Book Shopping, Stines offers his take on the classicArchie Comicscharacter and talks about the horror comic miniseries,Blossoms666, which focuses on Cheryl and Jason Blossom. The twins are part of a family of Satanists and in this 5-issue limited series, they’re competing for the title of Anti-christ. On top of that, Stines also highlights a little something calledLeather & Glass, which is his very own collection of poems and short stories which was made available for purchase earlier this year.
