Bates has mentioned in the past that she feels likeMatlockmight be the final project of her career, but the show has already been renewed for Season 2, so she isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. While she admits that she has“a feeling this is going to be the last thing”she does, she also shared an optimistic outlook on the show’s longevity, saying,“I do hope we run a good while.
